The Grazing Cephalapod is a creature that was supposed to appear in the base game but was eventually cut.

They appear at first glance like floating rocks however they have tentacles protruding from the shell and inner shell of the animal, they solely float based on their concept and prototype footage of the game.
Locations[]
They would appear in volcanic areas floating through the sky.
Behavior[]
They were to be typical prey for skybound creatures but other than that they don't do much other than float around and look cool.
Reasons for being cut[]
It was cut due to problems with ragdoll physics for it and creatures like it and it was eventually cut from the game.
